God bless america is a smart satire about modern society in terms lifestyle and the influence that different media has on it, specially reality shows on the tv. The film touches different ways of seeing life as a person stuck on the daily routine.

The jokes and the sequences where the movie philosophy is exposed are really well written, but not the overall plot and the character development. It falls into movie clichés and the visual effects are laughable (mainly because of the low budget) but it's not excuse of the poorly executed scenes.

Enjoyable, but nothing transcendent, God Bless America is dark humor flick that might be offensive for a general audience.
