Review of Goal II: Living the Dream (2007) by Seher K — 16 Dec 2007
In comparison to the first one this one is a more accomplished film. I have had a thing for sports movies this year. and Living the Dream leaves me aspiring for Goal III.
It is far from perfection since a lot of scenes lack the originality or the 'real' thing like the dream begins. But the good bit is it is fast-paced, happening, fun and for the most drama parts convincing. Hats off to Jaume Collet-Serra after Danny Cannon of course for having tried to do justice with the world's favourite game.
