Review of Go With Le Flo (2014) by April S — 04 May 2014

I was at the Los Angeles premiere of this film and it is great. The audience was laughing the whole time - so was I. It's also a sweet film and has some beautiful drama at the end - no spoilers here though! I though the cast was perfect, especially the guy who plays Florian and the actress who plays Jenny - the main characters.

So likable. Script-wise it was a beautiful tribute to classic screwball and romantic comedies. Clever and great pacing. Really a unusual film these days with so much cynical stuff out there. I love old movies and this had the feel of some of the Billy Wilder films I love.

Highly recommended. And the feel of the Berlin in the movie added a lot. Finally a German movie with no nazis or drug dealers! Not a single gun in sight either! (what's the world coming to??? a movie without a gun???) LOVED IT.
