The usual assortment of absurd jokes, outrageous puns, and virtuoso musical performances by the Marx brothers. This may look outdated today, but we must remember that people didn't have the same array of entertainment in 1940 as we have today.
And 'Go West' also has a story (which some of the other Marx bros films sometimes seem to lack).
