Maw and Paw Monkey throw their boy out of the house after a long night of drinking. When he hitches a ride on a freight train to parts unknown, he arrives in a Wild West town full of gunslingers, giant police dogs, and steeds--billy goats--for the riding, as an unpaid tab leads to a rootin' tootin' chase from the town sheriff.
