Review of Gnomeo & Juliet (2011) by Matt G — 02 Nov 2011

I was astonished that I had so much good memories of this film. It's incredibly cute, and a perfect film for the kiddies. Adults won't find anything memorable, or tasteful about Gnomeo and Juliet, but the kids will surely have a blast.

James McAvoy is a surprisingly good voiceover, while Emily Blunt just fails in giving the audience a voice with shear madness. However, I was quite disappointed with the ending, as it does not follow the true storyline of Romeo and Juliet.

Regardless, there is a certain amount of fun had while watching Gnomeo and Juliet, and I'm sure many audiences would agree with me.
