Review of Glory Road (2006) by J K — 19 Dec 2009
A decent basketball movie and sort of a racial-barrier Hoosiers, though if you're a Kentucky basketball fan it does paint legendary UK Adolph Rupp as a bit of a racist. The whole state of Kentucky holds Rupp in the same regard as God so to make him look anything less than what they believe is going to draw ire.
But a good movie about overcoming racial barriers. That Texas Western team (which is now UTEP) was really, really good and deserved to win.
