When I saw this at the TWO DOLLAR movie a few years back, I was expecting a formulaic, I HAVE SEEN THIS BEFORE, the WHITE GUY comes to SAVE the YOUNG BLACK KID flick and this film was much more than that.
It was formulaic. We had the white savior....but this film was fun to watch, had great pace and performance and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND it!
