Review of Gloria: In Her Own Words (2011) by Benjamin F — 10 Sep 2011
Pretty much the definitive Gloria Steinem documentary, from her own perspective, and as the title says, in her own words. Not a whole lot to say, but it's just what you'd expect, and it's excellent.
Steinem commands your attention and takes you through her whole history as the feminist icon she famously became, as well as her own personal history and its influence on her as an individual.
If there's any flaw, it's that it's only just over an hour - with even more elaboration, she could easily have filled even more time, and it would be completely worth it.
Definitely worth viewing for any feminist.
