Review of Glimpse of the Garden (1957) by Edgar C — 13 Sep 2013
Expert focus. If you can go beyond the acute bird singing which may be slightly more distracting than complementary, you've got some special piece of experimentation that is meant to drive the majority of people mad. That's their loss, of course.
"Suffice it to say that Glimpse of the Garden represents Menken's interest in pure visuals and essentially feminine point-of-view." ~ David Lewis, Rovi.
Absolutely spot-on. We wished we had the emotional intelligence and sensitivity of a woman.
98/100.
