Review of Glengarry Glen Ross (1992) by Jamie T — 28 Jan 2010
Structurally an improvement on an already good play, and adding a striking new scene, which gives Alec Baldwin, in 5 minutes or so of screentime, a perfect showcase for the sleazy act he does so well. All the actors are fine, especially Jack Lemmon and Al Pacino, who get the meatiest roles.
Not a great film, per se, but one that can be watched at just about any time.
