Seriously.
We all know that Ed Wood was a horrible director, but his love for his work is obvious to any viewer. "Glen and Glenda" is perhaps his finest piece of work. It's quite astonishing that he was allowed to make a movie about transvestites at the time period, and his dialogue provides a sincere cry for acceptance.
Hilariously bad, yet endearing. This is what Ed Wood is best at.
