This is awesome in its awfulness. A large portion of the footage has nothing to do with the story at all, so he narrates over it. The best example of this is when two steel workers supposedly have a casual conversation while hard at work with molten metal flying everywhere.
And then there's Bela occasionally yelling "Pull the string! Pull the string!".
