If Plan 9 was Ed Wood's "Citizen Kane" than certainly Glen or Glenda is his Touch of Evil. This movie is so horrifically terrible that it is hilarious and the fact Ed Wood tried so hard on these films makes it a funnier movie.
No Stars on a critically stand point but on a cult level it deserves a full 5 stars. See this movie and also watch Plan 9 From Outer Space. You will not be disappointed.
