This can be characterized as a homage to film noir. I am glad I only spent $3.99 to watch it, however. This is a dark, boring depressing film shot in dark, depressing places with dark, depressing and strange people. I understand why only 33% of the audience liked it, I am amazed it scored that high. Lastly, what happened to Bud when he did not do J?'s bidding? Story just left you in the dark, where the entire film was.
