Review of Glass (2019) by Tristan M — 18 Jan 2019
I was very disappointed. Not only was this an unsatisfying conclusion to a very unique trilogy, but it wasnâ(TM)t even bad enough to be unintentionally funny. It just made me sad. The there was no reason for any character to do what they were doing, Bruce Willis was just sleep walking through the movie.
The movie doesnâ(TM)t even have a main character. The most redeeming quality of the movie was James MaCavoy, he was giving it his all. If it just had a better script with more time to give everyoneâ(TM)s stories a fitting beginning, middle, and end, this couldâ(TM)ve gone down as one of the greatest trilogies in the past 2 decades.
But, like most trilogies, the third one is always the worst. And sadly, when this falls, it falls hard on its face.
