A good movie. In short: If you're expecting a Stan Lee style over the top action fest with a predictable plot and lots of explosions, you're definitely in the wrong movie.
But if you like Unbreakable, and Split, you'll love it. I suggest re-watching the first two before watching this film, as it gets you in the right mindset for the movie.
