Review of Glass (2019) by Matthew M — 22 Jan 2019
Glass is a movie that makes its storytelling and conclusion to the Shyamalan trilogy the downfall. The story feels like it could have been so much more considering Kevins D.I.D with his 24 personalities and they could have brought a bigger impact to the film mixed with Mr.
Glass' very high intellect on their own to bring a great villains vs hero story conclusion however the acting in the film by Samual L Jackson and James McAvoy is brilliant. Samual l Jackson brings that mystery and tension to the film you're always wondering what he will do next in his plan.
He makes his plan seem so easy due to Jackson's laid back approach to mr.Glass and McAvoy you can really feel each personality come alive and feel like someone new in one person. Bruce Willis I felt could have brought a bit more to the film.
David Dunne just seems like he's not doing much and only there for the fights and not out to beat mr.glass and the hoard.
