Review of Gladiator (2000) by Cristian M — 12 Nov 2013
In their first team up which in the future they will team up for more, director Ridley Scott and Russell Crow bring you an action drama film during the roman times, a time of warriors and betrayal and revenge. Sounds good huh?
Gladiator. Gladiator is the film that brought those type of movies to the big screen, as well as the frequent collaboration of Scott and Crow. I enjoy the hell outa this film. It's so awesome and when the action starts, it's so goddamn cool. Looks astonishing how real it looks. Like they actually went back in time and made a movie in that time soon.
Other than crow it stars Joqauin Phonix who eventually becomes Ceaser who doesn't know how to rule and pretty much a baby. His father never wanted him to rule and asked Crows character to rule instead, but Ceaser dies and Phoniex takes over.
Does this film have flows? Yeah but not as much and you probably wouldn't care because this film is just to damn epic. Great movie and I definitely recommend anyone to see this. Even the gals.
