Review of Gladiator (1992) by Eric T — 03 May 2013
I didn't love it like everyone else, but it has grown on me watching it again. Russell Crowe is very good, though I am still firmly on the chunky Russell = better acting performance side. Joaquin Phoenix's character I find very creepy which I think was the intent, so, good job, I guess.
The fighting is captivating, although I don't care for jerky camera at all.
