Review of Girls Will Be Girls (2003) by Keith C — 23 May 2007

The film 'Girls Will Be Girls' is a fun film about jealousy and sisterhood done in a very different vein than most films dealing with the female psych. The films stars three men dressed in drag and having the time of their lives with the scripts scenario and lines. It is very well done and you do tend to forget that they are three guys in cognito. It is not the best film but is one of the funniest. It has so many memorable lines that it is hard to pick just one. The film is a little easier to stomach since most the off colour lines are said by men dressed as women though if they were said by women, the film would be highly controversal. The joys of double standards.

If you are a fan of John Waters and cult films, you should really check this out. I laughed quite a few times right out loud. Check it out, if you have the time and the sense of humour for this sort of thing.
