Review of Girls Will Be Girls (2003) by Charlie V — 26 Oct 2007

This is a movie that really needs to be seen twice o take it all in. The first time, your mind is too busy reeling from all of the horrible things you're hearing Evie say to the other characters. The second time is necessary to get at least two of them committed to memory.

If you're looking for high concept comedy or Oscar caliber performances here, you're definitely wasting your time, but if you're looking for a schticky homage to many of the dramatic films we homos know and love then you're in the right place.

I just watched it again last night and love sharing it with all my sick friends.
