Stuff I learned watching this movie:
1. It's okay for Ryan (black woman) to lecture Kate Walsh (white woman) not to talk like a black woman because (you guessed it) that's racist!
2. When arriving to New Orleans it's okay for Queen Latifah to say "all white people are crazy" because that's not racist at all (obviously).
3. I thought Jada Pinkett-Smith was a classy lady who can do much better than this. My bad.
4. Iyanla Vanzant has a cameo where she's exposed like a hack she really is (hashtagbeloved).
4.5 Ryan's friends are vulgar. They drink. Have casual sex. Use drugs. Talk about anal sex. One runs a gossip website. They are a bad influence. What's the point of friendship again?
5. Ryan is married. She sees her husband every day. She has nothing in common with her friends. Her friends are a bad influence. She sees them every 5 years. When they say she should divorce her husband of course at the end, she divorces her husband. It just makes sense.
6. Even if a movie is unfunny and vulgar, it will get a lot of good critic reviews because it features an all black cast.
