It's great for it's 80's kitch. The choreographer should be shot though - I think he just choreographed dances without music and they just threw in the songs during post-production. Sheesh! Some great lines and fashions.
It's good, it's bad, it's ugly, and one of those movies I just have to watch from time to time.
