A young woman (Johansson) living in the Netherlands in the 1660s is sent to work as a maid in the home of the painter Johannes Vermeer (Firth) and finds herself the subject of Vermeer's infamous painting.
Slow in parts, but an interesting story nevertheless. pretty good.
