2/10 Besides severely lacking any sort of tension or suspense, "Girl on the Third Floor" is a thriller that fails at everything else it tries as well. It's a movie that almost feels like an unfinished project, not one that took enough time to explore the depths of its occurrences, but rather, barely scratching the surface of some of the ideas it has.
An extremely unfulfilled movie.
