Rough, but interesting movie about life in a premiere mental hospital.
Based on a true story [I first read about this book/movie in the book "Gracefully Insanse" which is about the mental hospital McLane in Boston], it was a very intriguing movie. This was supposed to be Winona Ryder's comeback and the movie is really a shining vehicle for Angelina Jolie; who is magnificent here. Very well done!
