Very imaginative by linking a werewolf story to scenario of anxiety, fears & concerns of girls (boys as well, actually) at their puberty about changes of their appearances, bodies, emotions, relationships, desires etc.
Only, it is not concise enough and the film makers were indecisive where exactly they were going to from the very beginning. Nice trial though.
