Review of Gia (1998) by Jessica Z — 05 Mar 2008
For reasons I need not state, I could watch this movie over and over again and still be left wanting more. It does a great job of encompassing the fashion worlds and all it's feats while also portraying the darkness of it all.
Billy Idol on the soundtrack sold me, not to mention a certain Ms. Jolie. Faye Dunaway is also quite endearing in her motherly role. Probably doesn't deserve a 5, but the last star is out of sheer love.
