The film is amazing, specially the casting! It's based on a true story and tells about a supermodel who used drugs to dull the pain of the emptiness and hurt in her life. This film showcases Angelina's talent, her acting is simply amazing! I've cried my eyes out for many reasons as the story touched me in many different ways! It is a journey of a person full of life and love inside her heart! It can be a sad story to tell, but nevertheless it's told well and it's told in a way that makes you feel witness to her life.
Although you won't be smiling when it's over, you can be very much impressed not only by the drugs power of destruction, but also the dangerous way people indifference can kill us like the Gia's mother absence of caring.
The movie is very interesting and never boring, but it's deeply sad like the real life can be sometimes.
