G.I. GOE: Rise of Cobra should really be one of them films you can defend with the fact "it's a Stephen Sommers film about G.I GOE's, what'd you expect?" but really? I expected more than this.
The most concerning thing about this film is the fact, 10 or so years back, I'd have probably loved this movie.
