It's less boring then transformers, and a mostly inoffensive affair for what is basically a live action cartoon. I found myself almost completely indifferent to the entire movie sitting blank faced thru the numerous bloodless action scenes, and the ridiculous amount of flashbacks needlessly connecting all the characters together, in silly contrived ways.
It's hard to really fault a movie for being dumb when that seems inherent to it's source material.
