YO JOE! This is a classic animated movie from the television series. You actually see blood in this film and Cobra Commander's true face. I loved it as a kid and still like it today. You have to be a fan of the original cartoon, comics and toys to enjoy this film.
Otherwise you might want to skip it. But if you want to go down memory lane check this out.
