Review of G.I. Joe: Retaliation (2013) by Movie1997 — 31 Mar 2013

I admit that this movie was definitely better than the first G.I. Joe movie, boy did the first one suck. But this movie doesn't seem to quite reach the positive review that I was hoping for. The movie has it's ups and downs.

Sadly, it's mostly downs. As far as downs, the movie struggles as for storytelling and acting. Not all the actors, but some like Jonathan Pryce and D.J. Controna. As far as ups, there's some good martial art fight sequences.

But the big part was Bruce Willis' portrayl as Joe Colton. He really steals the show. I enjoyed in this movie. Overall, this movie has its moments, sadly it's great.
