This documentary follows two Chimeres (gang leaders), 2Pac and Bily, in Cite Soliel, Haiti, called the most dangerous place in the world. It's hard to sympathize with the subjects, but it's hard to hate them when you see that Haiti's culture breeds violence out of its poverty.
