You already know why I rated this average, Ana de Armas and Chris Evans are good actors, and this movie has goodish action, However, it is all ruined by the romantic, comedy storyline that was written by a 13-year-old that started to fantasise about action films.

This film has cliche after cliche seen in any movie ever.

The action scenes though are different, I like them but once you think about them and let them sink in it's like wait why are we doing this again, oh right the thing, I think perhaps the scenes might be too long for the little purpose they serve.

Ana de Armas is a hugely underrated actor, while she's been in some good films, like Knives Out and that 10 min scene in No Time to Die, she is underutilized, she could do much more than just being a pretty face, which this film tries to do but fails.

Chris Evans, another great actor, seems that after his role as Captain America, he hasn't done any roles that have a longer contract. I think Evans needs to maybe look into another big-budget franchise instead of looking at small roles for Apple TV+ max Ultra edition or Netflix.

Look at What Chris Hemsworth is doing, and now Look at Chris Evans, I'm sure someone out there wants to make a John Wick-styled movie or something with him.

Hemsworth just did Extraction 2, Now Evans needs to do something around those lines.

So What Am I getting at here, oh right, Two great Actors, in a Film with poor dialogue(Literally the first words and I could tell they screwed it up.), A generic and Cliche Story, Action Scenes that are too long, made boring, or outstay their welcome.

It's a 5/10, It just makes it an average movie, A slightly boring one. There isn't anything here that's entertaining all the way through. It gets your attention, but then you just lose interest.

Oh, a Quick Edit here, the song selection for the movie isn't bad, the thing is don't use that type of music when there is an action scene unless it fits with the setting.

I would say 90% of the music besides the action music does not fit the film, It creates a Disconnect with the audience, and when in doubt stick to the cinematic music, that is why it exists.

Your film isn't Deadpool, lousy example because any song fits Deadpool, but I hope you get the point.
