Ghostbusters: Afterlife manages to stay true to the franchise's identity, while also offering a cast of strong female characters, diverse actors, all without alienating the fan base that has kept Ghostbusters alive for so long. Was it that hard?

I loved this film, this is how you do a passing of the torch film, not just ignore everything that's happened before then, disrespecting the franchise and history in the process. I really look forward to another film. Shame on all the professional critics review bombing this film, everyone can see what you are doing from a million miles away and you've lost all credibility, that is, if you've ever had any to begin with.
