It's Girl Power vs naughty ghosts! Kid friendly, as nobody actually seems to get really hurt or killed. And it's a bit funny, too, which you might expect with Melissa McCarthy in it.
My favorite scene? They have a ghost lassoed in the subway tunnel. Just something hilarious about that scene.
It seems like about the worst thing the average ghost does is spit gooey slime on humans.
Girl Power and teamwork saves the day!
