The story paid homage to the original in a strange parallel, but lacked cohesion as the antagonist became powerful at the end just because he wanted to. The film seemed more in proving a point rather than providing a good story.
The all female cast was pitted against males with the intellect of a goldfish. And if the point the film is making isn't driven home by the end, it ends with the bad guy being shot in the d... Well I won't spoil it for you.
