Review of Ghost World (2001) by Bobby B — 02 Jan 2009

You know this film has become a cult classic of our generation and is talked as well as praised about quite a lot. I started watching it with all that well in mind, although I never really looked into what it actually was about. Being a Scarlett Johansson fan it didn't really matter if it seemed interesting or not. It ended up being not so interesting. I mean it had good cult-y elements like the relationship with Harold & Maude and these girls are bold and sexual and just graduated high school (which right there makes half of all teenagers excited about a movie) but Ghost World sadly didn't take me anywhere and I ended up doing other things about half way through while I watched.

I don't really know whether to suggest this film to you, but I won't ward it off.
