Review of Ghost World (2001) by Derek B — 13 Apr 2009
"Starring Scarlett Johansson" - three words to strike terror into even the stoutest heart. But luckily she is relegated to a supporting role with the rather wonderful Thora Birch in the lead, with Steve Buscemi also very capable and likeable.
It took me a while to realise that I had seen this before, but I stuck with it and it's a little slight, and a little bit too concerned with being off-beat blah blah but a good film nonetheless.
