Messo da parte il totale e incondizionato amore per il personaggio I Seymour, questo film è veramente notevole. Simpatico, irriverente ma anche malinconico e riflessivo. Quello che spesso non ti mostrano nei film di teen ager, dove soltanto le persone stupide coltivano buoni rapporti. Un applauso anche alle protagoniste, la bella Scarlett, e a suo modo (la maschera di catwoman!) anche Thora.
