Review of Ghost Ship (2002) by Jason R — 17 Feb 2010
It could have been better (a LOT better), but was surprisingly OK. The very least that can be said is I wanted to finish watching it. The characters were good, and the dialogue between them seemed genuine.
I compare it to an extremely poor man's Alien... on a boat. As an aside, I read that the movie was changed from a psychological thriller to a horror movie after all the actor's had signed on for it.
THAT'S how they got the bigger names. Watch the first 5-10 minutes for an awesome death scene.
