Ghost Rider: Spirit of Vengeance gives a nice continuation to the first part but it has fallen into the mistake of trying to compete with the first part which was a 9/10, so overall its a good movie but there is no need to rush to watch it and its a one time movie.
I shell give no more than 5/10 to it.
