Review of Ghost Rider: Spirit of Vengeance (2011) by Shahalim — 17 Feb 2012
The first Ghost Rider was just okay, with awkward CGI, but it got the 'feel' right (to a certain extent). Spirit of Vengeance has better CGI, and that's the only thing I could think of about this sequel.
It's always ironic that Nic Cage is a self confessed Ghost Rider fan, when he single handedly makes Ghost Rider less scarier than a chihuahua in a tutu. Pointless story, characters that I could care less, and the lamest version of the 'Devil' ever.
Sh*t, Ray Wise makes for a much cooler Devil. And does Nic Cage has his own deal with the devil? To overact in every movie? Avoid and catch it on cable.
