Well, I guess it does a decent job of developing the Ghost Rider character and history, but the video shooting actually looks like it was done by a high school student. Guerrilla style with lots of random zooms, a cold video footage.
.. just seems amateur. Special effects are decent, but also feel cheesy/amateur. Seemed to have a plot that was okay, but all in all, just bearable cinema. (only watched it for the loyalty to Marvel).
