Review of Ghost Rider: Spirit of Vengeance (2011) by Hayden L — 24 Jun 2014
To be honest this film isn't as bad as many people have claimed. It has several well developed scenes that sends off some chills and it has some interesting camera work. The first act of the film is well developed and interesting.
However the film over focuses on being unique and different during the second and most of the third act that it ends up being weird and corny. The film's action scenes are underdeveloped and some of the dialogue is a bit corny, also the characters are also underdeveloped which is what is the main key in the development of any well rounded movie in any genre.
The film may have many flaws but the film sort of redeems itself near the very end, and occasionally good scenes, and also the film's intro and title sequence voiced by lead actor Cage have some show of what the film would have been like if it had developed the second and third acts as well as the films first act, but the film is way too formulaic to the point of being absolutely predictable.
That being said the film was one of 2012's major disappointments that leaves the viewer completely unsatisfied with the end result.
