Review of Ghost Rider (2007) by Jim F — 20 Oct 2012

Of all the film versions of marvel comic characters, Ghost Rider is probably one of my least favorites. It's not that i'm against the underworld/vampire side of things although i'm not a fan of vampire movies.

I say that because I love Hellboy, and i'm just as unfamiliar with him as I am with the Ghost Rider. The effects were good enough, except for Ghost Rider hiimself, who in my opinion looks a little bit crap.

I just found the story boring. The spread of demons with their differing powers reminded me of Elektra, as did the final scene in some ancient ruin of some ancient town which I see too often. It lacked any kind of humour.

I think were I in the mood to watch a demon movie, i'd settle for Dogma any day.
