All style and no substance. Dumbed down from the original to accommodate the masses. Random slathering of scenes taken from the original with none of the plot importance attached. It is a visually stunning movie.
It's plot is better than Dragonball: Evolution. But I'd rather gouge my eyes out than watch that abortion of a movie, so that's not really praiseworthy.
