Visual component quite good. Unfortunately this is the only good thing in the movie. The plot is very weak. Simplest reasoning about the logic and motivation of the project 2571 ruins it from the very beginning.

Especially if one compares that plot with the one from 1995 anime-movie from where several scenes simply copy pasted meaning its remastering. What is especially annoying about the movie is that the second part transforms into a slide show i.
